About Ray
I am someone who has experienced immense trauma and uses practical skills and knowledge to overcome everyday tasks.
People with mental illnesses can really struggle do to really basic self care, and I'm here to show you how to make things easier for yourself tomorrow.
I was a young carer during my time at high school for my mother who suffered a great many chronic illnesses and also struggled with addiction and substance abuse.
I have put together a very easy to follow, stress free plan for people who struggle day to day. No matter the severity, this plan is completely adjustable and personal to each individual.

My teaching method is to utilise lists and rotas. And also to understand triggers, how to treat them.
I understand that these sound intimidating and exhausting to some people.
However, the structure of the rotas is completely flexible and designed to adjust it to your own needs. There are no wrong answers here.
With understanding trauma, we talk about the effects it has on the mind as well as the body. I teach you how to forgive yourself and understand the complexities and importance of mental health.
