About Mihle
I’m Mihle Sihlobo, a recent Grade 12 graduate and Engineering student at UCT with a strong academic record, achieving no fewer than six distinctions in Grade 12 and over five distinctions in Grades 10 and 11. I am passionate about tutoring because I aim to share the effective study techniques that helped me succeed, while recognizing that every student learns differently. Through my tutoring experience, I have developed the ability to identify how each student thinks, making learning more accessible and personalized.
Beyond academics, I bring strong leadership and adaptability skills. I am a dedicated choral singer, awarded first place as a tenor soloist in 2025, and I also served as a Liquor Board Ambassador in 2023. Additionally, I have earned multiple certificates of achievement in key subjects, reflecting my commitment to excellence. I am driven to help students unlock their full potential with confidence and discipline.

As a recent Grade 12 graduate with a consistently strong academic record, and 3+ years of experience tutoring Math, Physics, and Biology, I have developed the ability to adapt to each student's learning approach and I was able to ground complex principles in simpler concepts.
My lessons will be less of student and teacher and more of identifying the challenges a student may face and building a solid foundation first before jumping to advanced concepts. I aim to tutor students from lower grades up to Grade 12, and I am confident in my ability to provide engaging lessons that will prepare the student for exams.
