About Ananya
I’ve always enjoyed teaching as I love to see the growth of students due to their hard work and resilience. I believe I am a good support system to students that lack confidence as I have been there myself! I have also seen improvement through my tutoring in students’ grades from my previous experiences. I hope to be a good match as a tutor to a student as I make sure to make students feel comfortable enough to share their points of weakness in English, which I will be sure to nurture and help them improve and implement their new skills into their work.

I would make an excellent English tutor because I have both strong academic credentials and hands-on experience working with a wide range of students. I achieved grade 9s in both English Language and Literature at GCSE, and went on to earn an A in A-level English Literature, which reflects my deep understanding of the subject. I’ve successfully tutored students from Year 3 to Year 11, and I always adapt my teaching style to suit each individual’s learning pace and needs. Whether it's building foundational literacy skills or preparing for GCSE exams, I’m confident in my ability to explain concepts clearly, boost students' confidence, and help them reach their full potential in English.
