About Evgeniia

Good afternoon, dear students! My name is Evgeniia, I am a teacher of Russian for foreigners, and lover of travel and communication with people from different countries as well. In 2017, I was a volunteer in Estonia, where I helped children learn Russian. Now teaching for foreigners is not just a hobby, but my favorite job. I like cultural and language exchanges. I am open-minded to learn new traditions and enjoy communicating with people from other countries. I work with: -️levels from beginner to advanced ️-students who need to practice specialized vocabulary ️-preparation for exams to obtain a patent, citizenship, or admission to a university in Russia ‍ -teenagers aged 15 and above. Having become friends with me, I will always support you!

About the lesson

- In my lessons, we not only practice the language, but also discuss the peculiarities of life in Russia, the culture and mentality of Russians. - I will do everything to make your learning in a friendly and relaxed way (I think it's my superpower ahahah:D) - I guarantee clarity and good organization of each lesson Language learning results with me: * alphabet and reading after 2nd lessons * you will start to talk from the 3rd lesson * memorize specialized vocabulary with pleasure without learning by heart (I am against such methods ХХХ ) * will know interesting facts about life in Russia * Russian grammar? Who said that this is not clear?;) My belief is that learning should be fun. Mistakes are a natural part of the learning process, and it's wonderful to have not only a teacher but also a friend who can help you not only learn a language, but also adapt to the culture of its native speakers. The lessons were not easy, but they are easy by our teacher.. It was so entertaining and interesting that we don't feel the time..
We learn by playing and we share in studying.. We found all the respect, appreciation and diligence from our teacher.. We never felt bullying, racism or hatred in general.. I speak Russian fluently because I was born and grew up in Russia

Every native speaker in one way or another reflects the linguistic culture of the country. It is also important to understand that the language is always changing, and with it the language culture is changing. Therefore, I believe that every of the native speakers is a reflection of the language
Is there a typical word, phrase, tradition or behaviour in the language that you particularly like?
I really love the tradition of celebrating the New Year in Russia. I think it is something unique and very interesting for foreigners. Getting to know this tradition closer, you can learn a lot of new interesting phrases, congratulations, songs
Why does speaking this language matter to you?
Because for me Russian is the language of my family and wherever I live, I will always remember my language
What is the main difficulty in learning this language and what can help the process of learning?
In my opinion, the main difficulty of the Russian language lies in its huge vocabulary and its inflections.
Before you start learning a language, you need to understand why you are doing it. It is very important to have a clear motivation. Of course, a good teacher should keep you motivated, but you should always have a clear goal in mind.
Provide a valuable anecdote related to your language learning or your days at school.
My school days are one big anecdote with a touch of seriousness:D
How has travel or a specific trip helped you to increase your skill and knowledge of the language?
Well, since I am a native speaker of this language, perhaps traveling gives me a better idea of our culture and I broadcast this in my lessons.
It helps me to learn more about the peculiarities of the Russian language by visiting theaters in different cities, as well as reading our classical literature.
What makes you a Superprof in language?
My attitude to education in general. It is impossible to know everything perfectly even about your native language, but I strive to make every lesson as useful and of high quality as possible by carefully preparing.
I try to build a trusting relationship between me and the student. I find it very valuable during the study period.
And of course, my continuous training in new techniques and methods.
