About Sophia
Hi! I’m Sophia, a TEFL/TESOL-certified English tutor with experience teaching students in Nepal and supporting young learners in the Netherlands.
I’m patient, friendly, and easy to talk to, and I always try to make my lessons comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll tailor our lessons to your needs and goals whether you want to improve your speaking, pronunciation, grammar, or everyday English.

I like to keep my lessons friendly, relaxed, and easy to follow. I adjust each lesson based on the student’s level, goals, and interests, using conversations, examples, and simple activities to make learning English more enjoyable.
A typical lesson starts with a quick warm-up, followed by the main topic and some practice. We’ll finish with feedback and anything the student can work on next.
What makes me different is my international experience and my friendly, patient approach. I want students to feel comfortable speaking English and not be afraid of making mistakes.
My lessons are for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginner to intermediate level.
