About Wayne
A brief 'get to know me better' : I worked in global companies for 27 years, mainly in markeketing, sales, finance and management. 20+ years of this time was spent in senior leadership positions. At the end of 2020 I took the opportunity to exit corporate life a become a self employed entrepreneur. My currenr busines scope inclusive oil & gas, mining & renewable energy. Then you may ask, why teaching, tutorships, mentoring and coaching. This comes from a my insatiatable passion for people and observing them learn, develop & grow. This is coupled with a principle of " if knowledge, skills and experience is not transfered it is wasted". I have a lot to give and can make a real difference in your learning adventure.

My lessons are highly interactive, conversational are 'learning by doing' & with lots of practical tools, guids, applications and examples. My goal is for you to look forward to my/your lessons, enjoy your learning journey and to have FUN ! I prepare well and ensure I reinforce learning, making g sure you stay ahead of your learning goals and preset curriculum deadlines. I am bilingual (English & afrikaaans) but can also teach/tutor students who's home language differs but have a basic or good grasp of English (eg German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and other students).
