Ashish is very result oriented trainer, despite I stay abroad and with time zone difference, Ashish made a difference.
I took strength online coaching from him, what i really like about him-
1. He made a detailed plan for workouts + diet.
2. Weekly progress check in , via body shape pics
3. He suggested inLine body tests, which helped me understand my muscle mass, and body fat.
4. Positive attitude and very encouring.
After 16 weeks of training, I was able to reduce 16.7% body fat and gain 12.8% muscle mass, helping me move closer to my goals.
