About Anna
I am fitness instructor with a long experience of more than 4 years. I am an expert in weight loss, I have personal online workouts and weight loss marathons.
Candidate Master of Sports in Aerobic Gymnastics
I have a lot of passion in fitness and my job. My mission is to help other people be fit, happy, and have a good health. I have an excellent communication skills with my clients.
In 2020 all my clients have lose 800 kg. My main principle is that losing weight should be with pleasure, without hunger and inhibitions. I will teach you how to eat right so that the weight does not return.
