I am a professional dancer and a fitness trainer I have experience of FIVE yearS in this field. I have been helping out many individuals to attain perfect body shape with help of music and dance. Zumba is an exercise fitness program , A Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
