Super tutor

Nikki is one of our best Psychology tutors. High-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Nikki

As an experienced tutor, learning support assistant, and homeschooling teacher, I've worked extensively with all ages from primary school up through postgraduate studies. My experience comprises work both in schools and out, and I specialize in delivering individualized learning across a range of different settings. What's more, having worked as an SEN teaching assistant for years, I also pride myself on being very well-versed in special needs and best practice in supporting them. This is also helped in large part by my relevant education and academic background as a 1st class psychology graduate and current PhD student investigating neurocognitive development. In other words, I am personally, academically, and professionally well-versed in the many different ways in which we learn, and pride myself on my thoroughly engaging and consistently responsive approach!

About the lesson

I don't believe that any topic or subject is 'off-limits' for anyone; I think it comes down to how one is taught and especially, the level of attention paid to their individual needs along the way. I make it my goal to understand my students as I'd like to be understood - holistically, not only in terms of academic ability. I'm a firm believer that people rise or fall to our expectations of them, so every student of mine is empowered to be their very best with my consistent support.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to real lessons experienced by the students of Nikki.

Perfect! Wow!!! I took a lesson with Nikki on my friend’s recommendation and will definitely be taking more. Her approach was engaging and made her expertise in the humanities clear - I wish she were my actual teacher for this course! Needed this boost as my online classes at school are just not enough and i’m so glad i have Nikki now! Thanks Nikki!!!!!

Having taught Nikki, I think I can confidently attest to not only her academic ability but also her ability to translate that into others’ understanding. She’s a natural-born teacher and perfects her craft every day - anybody would be lucky to learn from her (even me) !

Couldn't recommend Nikki more highly!!!

No matter the topic, she's always able to make it make sense to me - and she doesn't give up, no matter how long it takes.

Nikki is diligent and compassionate, the best mix in a teacher of any kind -- so it'll come as no surprise that she is training to be one!!!

Nikki is patient, enthusiastic, and just as dedicated to your success as she is to her own.

From her extensive experience, she knows when and how to push her students, and makes every session as rewarding as it is engaging. Nikki tutored me for several months as I was finishing school and though I'm done now, I still go to her with all my questions!

Highly recommend!!!
