I'm excited to bring the knowledge and passion I've cultivated through my 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher training at YogaNewVision, Bali to support students in their journeys both on and off the mat.
Focusing on all 8 limbs of yoga, I hope to create tailored lesson plans for each student according to their needs and style of yoga.
