About Kennedy
As a former athlete, I know all about body aches and pains. As a human, I know even more about the stressors of life. I began practicing yoga as a way to soothe my joints when I discovered the mental benefits along the way. It has done wonders for my anxiety AND my muscles! I hope to share this wonderful tool with all of you, not as a fix-all but as a form of expression and release.
This knowledge and passion for self-care is accompanied by years of experience in customer service, teaching, and healthcare. I’ve always felt most fulfilled not by career status, but by human connection. Interactions with people of all ages, in all environments, has only fueled my love for the human experience. I‘m honored not just to be your teacher, but also your peer.

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and a registered instructor for 4 years. My goal is to allow students from beginner to advanced levels to feel comfortable in any of my classes. I offer a wide variety of recommendations from common household items to yoga props to make every posture as beneficial and comfortable as possible. Yoga is so much more than just exercise! Let’s find more peace, mobility, and self love together!
