About Monica

I am a holistic esthetician and yoga instructor by life choice. The two have become one for me in realizing we shine from the inside out. Breathing and relaxing are two of the same. Knowing this has helped me do better in both worlds. Unifying the beauty and wellness industry into life balance

About the lesson

I am fluid in hatha style. I take a more relaxed approach while focusing on core work. My meditative approach is influenced by yoga Nidra. Using a body scan to allow mental ability to feel body without sleep but reach that state of bliss, if even for a moment.
