I am 200hour LAAIC teacher. I mostly teach 2 sequences(Classic26 poses and a Hatha-Vinyasa-Gosh sequence)suitable for ALL. I am also teaching women 50+ to increase bone density.

Since I established a daily practice for myself, the quality of my mental and physical health drastically improved. I always think in long-term and I want you to think about your health the same way.

My motto: how can I make it more simple? Priority: make my students understand the basics and then build up the practice.
Yoga is not just about movement or shaping the body. I love to teach small bits in my classes about yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and the power of mantras.
I provide you a safe space to meet yourself at where you currently are.
I tailor my classes to your needs. Share with me your goals and let’s work on them.
I teach my classes in English and Hungarian, and upon special request in Italian and German as well.
