About Sophia
I have three years of experience teaching Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt (yoga with strength-training). I currently work with a diverse group of individuals, including elementary school students, adults, and seniors, helping them improve strength, mobility and stress management while offering personalized wellness guidance. Along with my yoga and wellness guidance, I also provide 1:1 mindfulness support and resources to my clients to help them feel more aligned to their spirit and presence.

I'm Sophia, a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, dancer, and wellness enthusiast based in Southern California. Growing up, I was immersed in dance and often practiced Vinyasa and restorative yoga. My dance experience includes performing and competing in Ballet, Modern, Flamenco, and Rumba, though Salsa and Traditional Dominican Bachata hold a special place in my heart. Over time, I studied Mat Pilates and developed a love for strength training, which I now incorporate into my yoga teachings. I strive to create a welcoming and holistic practice to help students tap into their natural energy flow, create a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to enhance your practice, I invite you to join me on the mat!
