About Claire
Hi, I'm Claire!
I am healthcare consultant who is passionate about health and wellness and all things yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and teaching as a hobby for 6, with experience working in studios, schools, and teaching privately. I have taught one-on-one lessons and classes of 30 people.
My classes are creative and dynamic, incorporating elements of vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, and my own personal touches.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I would be honored to guide you through your practice. When I first started yoga, I couldn't touch my toes, so my classes are a judgement-free zone and are meant to help you feel your best.
