About Tishan
Alongside Yoga & Breathwork, I am a university level student and teacher in French, TEFL, Primary-level Math & English and Beach Volleyball coach. I am passionate about teaching and have been trained in Yoga, Breathwork and spiritual practices from a young age. I love sharing my services of these modalities that help enhance and heal people throughout the stages of their lives, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Practice solo, or with your friends, partner, family, kids.
My classes range from dynamic vinyasa to restorative yin and can be suited and adapted to your level.
My knowledge of asanas (postures) are very broad and I can guide you at whatever stage of your yoga journey. Whether you are just starting your yoga practice, or you are an experienced yogi and are seeking a challenging sequence to take you to your depth.
My personal spiritual practice has taken me from Hatha, Bikram, Heated Vinyasa, Yin, and many Breathwork practices.
The length of lessons can be suited to your wishes. Usually classes of 1 hour are booked, however they can be adapted to be as short, or as long as you would like, e.g. 30 mins - 1.5 hours+.
