About Daphne

Hello! I'm Daphne, a yoga teacher with a passion for helping others connect with their bodies and minds. Growing up in the serene Dutch countryside, I've always been drawn to the beauty of nature and the power of movement. After moving to London to study at London Studio Centre and to pursue my dream of becoming a musical theatre performer, I discovered the incredible benefits of yoga. This led me to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and I've been sharing my love of yoga with clients from all walks of life since 2019. My classes are a blend of dynamic flows, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques. I believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where you can unwind, recharge, and discover your inner strength. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, I'll tailor my sessions to your needs and abilities. Beyond yoga, I'm a social butterfly who loves meeting new people and exploring the city. I'm also a bit of a bookworm, particularly when it comes to non-fiction. And let's not forget the simple pleasures of a good playlist, delicious food, and a sunny park walk. I can't wait to share my passion for yoga with you

Here's what sets my classes apart: - Personalised Approach: I take the time to understand your goals and preferences, whether it's increasing flexibility, reducing stress, or improving your overall fitness. - Holistic Well-being: Drawing on my knowledge of psychology, I integrate mindfulness techniques and breathwork into my sessions to help you connect with your body and mind on a deeper level. - I am happy to teach in both English as well as Dutch :) - Dynamic and Adaptable: My dance background allows me to create dynamic and challenging sequences, while my understanding of the human body ensures that each pose is safe and effective. I can quickly adapt to your needs, whether you're looking for a gentle flow or a more vigorous practice. Let's embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation together.
