I love how Melissa gives many options, makes you feel encouraged to meet yourself where you’re at, and provides so many thought-provoking moments throughout class to go deeper into your personal practice and into your relationship with yourself. After taking Melissa’s group classes, I started private lessons and I’m so glad I did. She gives super clear instruction and always knows when to step in with helpful adjustments to my position. Her voice is calming, she’s incredibly patient, and I should know since I need a lot of help. Highly recommend for anyone wanting 1:1 yoga with a teacher who truly pays attention.

Melissa does a fantastic job of not only adjusting moves to fit your capabilities, but explaining the purpose of each move. I’m the least flexible person ever but she made what I thought was impossible, possible! She’s a great teacher and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
