About Nerea

I grew up in Spain, San Sebastián.

After studying Advertising and Arts, I step on to the scene of theatre and music in Europe.

Life was exciting, full of experiences emotions and therefore, absolutely stressful and draining.

I wouldn’t realize how much pain I was putting in my body and mind until I entered on a very difficult period.

So when my students tell me they suffer from stress or anxiety.. guess what; I absolutely know what they are speaking about, as I had to face them to recover.

My lucky treasure was to find yoga. It was like stepping into an oasis after years on the dessert. I committed myself to it, as it was like an everyday medicine.
I felt the benefits of it from the very first day in a physical and spiritual level.

Through the process I identified my needs, I faced my flaws and I changed the whole frame of my life views to keep on the journey of life with all my strength. I found amazing teachers all over the world who helped me to understand better the subtle knowledge of yoga. And I keep observing my processes in my daily routine as the learnings never stop,because… well, that’s life :)

I absolutely enjoy to share my point of view and knowledge of this millennial philosophy, as I’ve checked by myself how it can change you, from shaping your body, your perception of life and the whole range of daily personal habits.

Yoga helps you to embrace yourself. To understand its you the only one who can shape your life as you wish it to be.

And just that is so empowering.

About the lesson

•I understand yoga as a clear map in which allow ourselves to read the deepest needs of the body and spirit.

•My classes will help you to understand that through self observance on the mat you will connect more clearly with yourself and purpose on the daily routine.

•Yoga teaches us how to be our best healer, and empowers every level of the physical and spiritual body.

•In the first free session we’ll go through a previous interview to define the best class for you, based on your goals, physiological needs and personal wishes.

•All the sessions include meditation, pranayama breath awareness, and a personal defined sequence on the type of yoga you rather enjoy each day.

•All classes are adapted to your needs, wishes and goals.

•I love to share this beautiful path of yoga with my students and watch their evolving and awakening.
