About Michael
I have over 35 years teaching experience, and am a 7th Dan instructor in both Wado Ryu karate (WIKF) and Uechi Ryu (OkiKuKai), as well as 3rd Dan in Matayoshi Ryu kobudo.
I have also dabbled in other karate style and martial arts.
I am NCCP and High Five certified.

Besides teaching you the physical skills of karate and kobudo, I will also provide you an understanding of the theory and why you are doing the techniques the way I am teaching you.
You will be taught traditional main stream karate and kobudo curriculum.
