About Umar
I am an ACA qualified accountant and former Big 4 auditor with over 14 years of experience, including working at Audit Director level.
Throughout my career, I have worked on complex audits and real-world financial reporting, which gives me practical insight beyond textbooks and exams.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping students understand accounting and auditing in a simple, practical way. I know how challenging these subjects can feel, and my goal is to make them clearer, more manageable, and exam-focused.
In my lessons, I combine real audit experience with structured exam techniques to help students build confidence, improve quickly, and succeed in their ACA, ACCA, or university studies.
