About Connor
For the past 12 years, I have been helping High School and College students develop strong English language skills as an ESL tutor. I have successfully worked with around 150 students and enjoy supporting learners as they build confidence and achieve academic success.
I believe learning English should be enjoyable, interactive, and connected to real life. My lessons include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing through practical activities and engaging discussions. Every lesson is adapted to the student's learning pace.
I maintain a positive learning environment where students feel respected and encouraged to improve. I provide regular guidance and feedback so learners continue making steady progress.
Helping students become confident English communicators is my greatest achievement. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic English, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Building, and Communication Skills. My goal is to inspire confidence and create meaningful learning experiences for every student.

My teaching philosophy is based on creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage students to use English confidently in everyday life. I combine accountability, integrity, flexibility, communication, and positivity to build a classroom where learning is enjoyable, practical, and student-centered.
I personalize every lesson according to the learner's strengths, goals, and learning preferences. Lessons include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing, supported by practical conversations, storytelling, role plays, and interactive activities that improve overall communication skills.
Accountability encourages students to practice regularly and take responsibility for their own improvement. Integrity helps me provide honest guidance while maintaining patience and fairness. Flexibility allows me to adapt teaching methods according to each learner's progress and confidence level.
Communication is practiced in every lesson because regular interaction develops fluency naturally. I maintain a positive atmosphere where students feel motivated to participate, overcome challenges, and continue learning with enthusiasm.
Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Business English, Academic English, Vocabulary Enhancement, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Pronunciation, Presentation Skills, Interview Preparation, and Professional Communication. My mission is to help every learner become a confident, fluent, and successful English communicator.
