About Hadley
With 18 years of experience as an ESL tutor, I am dedicated to helping high school and college students improve their English skills and achieve their goals. Teaching is my passion, and I always try to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated.
I have taught around 150 to 200 students, and this experience has helped me understand different learning challenges and styles. I focus on making lessons clear, simple, and practical so students can use English in real-life situations. A major milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English.
Many students who started with hesitation are now able to communicate confidently and perform better in academics and daily life. I use interactive methods such as discussions, real-life examples, and regular practice exercises to make learning engaging.
I believe every student has the ability to succeed with the right guidance and support. My aim is to help students not only improve their English but also gain confidence and develop skills that will help them in the future.

I follow a student-centered ESL teaching methodology that combines practical learning with real-life application. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English works in conversations, professional environments, and academic tasks.
Motivation is a cornerstone of my teaching, and I encourage students to actively participate, practice regularly, and gain confidence in using English. Problem-solving activities, including role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based exercises, help students develop fluency, critical thinking, and adaptability.
I teach with integrity by providing honest feedback and clear guidance to help students track their progress. Flexibility is also essential, as I adapt lessons to each student’s level, pace, and goals.
Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to build comprehensive language skills.
