About Ethel
I have over 8 years of experience teaching guitar to students from various age groups and professions. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who are interested in learning guitar for fun, self-expression, or personal development.
My classes include guitar fundamentals, scales, rhythm exercises, chord progressions, fingerstyle techniques, ear training, music theory, and song learning. I believe that music education should combine technical knowledge with creativity and enjoyment.
My teaching approach is based on support, patience, and clear communication. I encourage students to learn at their own pace and provide lessons that match their goals and interests.
One of my strengths is helping students overcome hesitation and gain confidence. I create simple practice routines that help learners improve consistently without feeling overwhelmed.
My objective is to make every lesson inspiring and enjoyable while helping students develop a deeper appreciation for music and creativity.

I follow a practical teaching methodology based on communication, creativity, and flexibility. My aim is to make guitar learning accessible, engaging, and rewarding for students of all ages and experience levels.
I begin by helping students master the basics, including posture, finger coordination, rhythm exercises, and chord transitions. Once these skills are established, I introduce scales, advanced techniques, fingerstyle playing, and music theory. Students are encouraged to apply their learning through songs and performance activities.
Communication plays a major role in helping students stay motivated and confident. I provide clear explanations and regular feedback. Creativity helps me design lessons that are enjoyable and interactive. Flexibility allows me to personalize lessons according to each student's learning style and goals.
Besides guitar, I can also teach ear training, rhythm practice, music theory, and performance preparation. My objective is to help students develop strong musical skills and confidence.
