About Fiona Nicole
Hi! My name is Fiona, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence in their learning. I believe that every student can succeed when they are supported with patience, the right strategies, and encouragement.
I have experience working with learners in primary and high school, particularly in subjects like Mathematics, Accounting, and languages. My goal is not only to help students improve their marks but also to make sure they truly understand the work and feel more confident approaching tests and exams.
In my lessons, I focus on identifying each student’s strengths and areas that need improvement. I adapt my teaching style to suit the learner, whether that means working through practice questions, breaking down difficult concepts step-by-step, or preparing for upcoming assessments.
I am committed to helping my students reach their academic goals while creating a supportive and positive learning environment.

My teaching methodology focuses on learners needs• My tutoring style is learner centric, which focuses on teaching learners how to solve problems, rather than immediate short term solutions. This equip learners with the ability to apply the problem solving skill to other areas of their lives that is not necessary academic. I am proficient in Afrikaans, English and Isixhosa and able to teach fluently in Afrikaans and English. Student can expect a lesson that is interactive, tailored specifically to their needs. My aim to find a holistic approach in satisfying their needs. The lessons are aimed at Intermediary, senior phase and FET phase learners.
