About Karen Sharmaine
Meet Your Teacher: Sharmaine I am an experienced bookkeeper with an honors degree in accounting and a diploma in bookkeeping. Beyond working with businesses to manage their finances, I have a passion for teaching accounting and business studies up to the matric level. Why Do I Teach? I believe that accounting and business are essential life skills, not just subjects in school. Many students struggle with these topics because they seem complex, but I know that with the right approach, anyone can understand them. I teach because I want to make these subjects easier, more practical, and help students build a strong foundation for their future careers—whether in business, finance, or entrepreneurship.
