About Mayur
Hey, My name is Mayur. I’m a personal fitness trainer, calisthenics and yoga enthusiast, and bodybuilding coach. Basically, an all-around fitness lover. My goal is to raise awareness and educate people about what fitness truly is by using my immense interest in this area and my knowledge and skills in fitness and sports. I’m still learning and will always be, but as I study, learn, travel, and meet people, I feel I can share whatever knowledge I have with them and help them achieve a better fitness level and develop a different mindset towards exercise and nutrition. I make science-based workout programs for all levels and that’s how I am very precise with my work. Also, I understand human behavior towards exercise and nutrition well and so am able to connect with people better. I train people through all the fundamental and skill-related components of fitness.

I could write many paragraphs about my exceptionally positive experiences with Mayur as a trainer over the last year and a half. When I began as his student, I had been trying for years to navigate physical exercise on my own – always ending in bad injuries. With Mayur, I immediately knew I had the guidance I needed to work towards my goal, which is a well-balanced body. He continually pays close attention to my weak spots and suggests ways for me to strengthen them, always with reference to science and research. The results have been nothing short of unbelievable to me. For me, there is still a way to go, but I have no doubt I am on the correct path to a healthier body, with healthier habits and a more generous and positive attitude towards myself in general. With that said, it is no wonder I call him my “guru” – because to me, he embodies the truly holistic approach that the title entails.
Having had the opportunity to train under him for almost 2 years(including a few lockdowns),not only did I achieve my goals related to the physique(I was at body fat percentage of 34 and now I am at 24) but I also happened to learn a vast number of things that will stay with me lifelong. He’s somebody who has customised program based on the client’s needs and capabilities. Under him, I learnt what holistic approach looked like. Not only did he focus on my strength training but also other aspects ranging from nutrition, to flexibility, to my mental and emotional well-being. Under him, I did not feel like a robot that was only working out to check-off the list designed by the trainer. I understood what I was doing and why I was doing it. He absolutely understands the mindset of the client, would teach you to be independent by making you learn the correct movements. His biggest strength of all is his patience and his dedication. He’d simply not give up on you if you fail(even if it is 100 times). His dedication to teach is such that he’d design customised programs then and there based upon what the situation demands. I highly highly highly recommend him because he chose to train me even when he knew I had a medical condition, I could see how others chose to walk away but he stayed and trained me to become independent.
