About Giorgia
Hello, I’m Giorgia, a certified yoga instructor specialising in women’s health and adaptive yoga for chronic pain.
My work is deeply shaped by lived experience. I navigate complex, long-term conditions myself, which means I understand firsthand that movement isn’t always simple, consistent, or pain-free. Traditional yoga spaces often don’t account for this reality.
That’s why I teach differently.
I combine over a decade of yoga practice with specialised training in women’s health to offer a highly personalised, 1:1 approach. My focus is not on pushing the body, but on understanding it — day by day, symptom by symptom.
I support women who are:
- living with chronic pain or fatigue
- feeling disconnected from their bodies
- overwhelmed by standard yoga classes
- looking for a sustainable, realistic way to stay active
My teaching is gentle, intuitive, and adaptive. Together, we build a practice that works with your body, not against it, so you can move with more confidence, less fear, and greater self-trust.
This is not about “fixing” your body.
It’s about learning how to live in it, with more ease and support.

Chronic pain changes the way you move, and your yoga practice should reflect that.
These 1:1 sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re in pain, low on energy, or unsure what your body can handle.
This is not a one-size-fits-all class.
It’s a personalised, responsive approach to movement.
In our sessions, we will:
- adapt traditional yoga poses to suit your body on both good and difficult days
- explore alternatives for movements that trigger pain or discomfort
- build a toolkit of modifications you can use independently
- develop body awareness so you can recognise your limits before flare-ups happen
You’ll learn how to move in a way that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable, not just during our sessions, but in your daily life.
These sessions are ideal if you:
- feel intimidated or left behind in group classes
- want guidance tailored to your specific condition or symptoms
- are looking to rebuild trust in your body
- need a flexible approach that adapts to your changing needs
No prior yoga experience is needed! Just a willingness to explore movement in a new, more compassionate way.
