About Amy

I’m here to support, guide, and inspire you on your journey towards greater wellbeing through the power of yoga.

Having discovered yoga over 20 years ago, explored all its wondrous, healing depths, and trained with teachers from around the world (gaining over 650 hours of certified training), I have an abundance of knowledge and passion to share with you.

My teaching experience in yoga encompasses a wide spectrum, from leading large studio classes and coaching individual private sessions to guiding corporate groups and retreats.

After practising all the different styles of yoga (there's a lot!) I fell in love with Vinyasa Flow. It's creative, adaptive and popular with most students.

I am deeply connected to the roots and philosophy of yoga, whilst at the same time stay educated with the latest science in various health related fields (body, mind, breath, movement, and more) all of which inform my teaching.

Whether you're looking to build strength and feel more capable in your body, release tension and find real flexibility, calm a busy mind through breathwork and meditation, or simply feel more at home in yourself — we'll shape every session around that.

I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, which gives me the freedom to meet you exactly where you are and take you where you want to go. Underpinning everything is a commitment to connection, awareness, and mindfulness — because yoga isn't just movement. It's integration: mind, body, and the life you're living.

With years of dedicated practice and continued study, I don't just teach yoga — I live it. That depth of embodiment is what you'll feel in every class we share.
