Your first lesson is free and runs a full 60 minutes. Bring something real if you can, a requirement you are stuck on or a process you cannot model cleanly, and we will work on that. You owe nothing if you decide not to continue.

After that it is $70 an hour. A 60 minute session is the default. Book 90 minutes when we are working through a full document, a requirements specification or a process model, rather than a single question.

Packs bring the rate down: 5 hours for $330, which is $66 an hour, and 10 hours for $630, which is $63 an hour. People moving into a business analyst role from another job usually need the 10 hour pack, since we are building a whole skill set rather than fixing one gap.

Lessons are online by webcam by default, which works well because we share screens and work on real documents. If you are within about 20 km of Tarneit in Melbourne's west and prefer to meet in person, I can come to you at no extra travel cost, same hourly rate.

Any templates or worked examples we build in a session are yours to keep at no extra charge.
