Devoted to teaching yoga in its most complete and authentic form, where modern science meets timeless Vedic wisdom. My approach blends anatomical understanding, breath science, and mindfulness with the depth of Yoga Sūtras, Upaniṣadic insight, and traditional practices. Each session is designed not only to strengthen and heal the body, but also to calm the nervous system and refine awareness. I guide students to move safely, breathe intelligently, and practice consciously—so yoga becomes a living experience, not a routine. Rooted in tradition yet relevant to modern life, my teaching helps reduce anxiety, fear, anger, and sorrow, leading students toward balance, clarity, and inner peace.
