About Susmita

I have done MBA in HR and Marketing and B.ED and currently working with State Government Education Department. I have a experience of remedial teaching for 3 years
I have been tutoring children in the 11th and 12th grades since 2017 and degree candidates since 2019.
Business Studies, Human Resource Management and Retails Management are my main study areas. I also have a foundational understanding of finances and accounting

About the lesson

My teaching approach is assisting students in making connections between what they have learned and the topics they are studying. Learning becomes engaging and applicable for Students when there are real-world links.
I generally make people grasp things with real file examples to make them understand better.
