About Japmani

Hi, I'm Japmani! I'm a Psychology A-level graduate with an A* from AQA, and I loved studying the complexities of human behaviour and the mind, making psychology my favourite subject! I’m now studying Law at university, and my goal is to become either a solicitor advocate or barrister—but teaching has always been close to my heart. I’ve volunteered as a biology teaching assistant in a secondary school and mentored younger students, so I understand how to explain things clearly and build real confidence. In our sessions, we’ll break down key topics together, revise areas, and practise applying your knowledge through past exam questions to help you secure top marks. I’ll always tailor lessons to your pace and learning style—whether you’re aiming for a grade boost or aiming for an A*. I’m friendly, approachable, and totally committed to helping you succeed. If you want a tutor who’s passionate about psychology, focused on results, and here to support you every step of the way—let’s get started!

About the lesson

If you're studying AQA A-level Psychology, you're in the right place! My lessons are designed to help you truly understand the subject—not just memorise it. I love explaining complex topics in clear, simple ways, and I’ll always tailor each session to what you need most. Whether it’s going over theories, research methods, or evaluations, I’ll break it all down step-by-step and make sure it clicks. We’ll also spend time working together on past exam questions to develop strong answers, improve structure, and focus on what examiners are really looking for—so you can aim for those top grades. Expect a friendly, supportive space where no question is too small and everything we do is focused on building your confidence and helping you succeed.

I’d love to recommend Japmani as a tutor for A-Level Psychology. She’s not only highly knowledgeable in the subject, but also has a real gift for teaching—she breaks down complex theories and concepts in a way that’s easy to grasp and engaging.

What truly sets Japmani apart is her personality. She’s incredibly warm, approachable, and supportive. She builds a strong rapport with students, which makes them feel comfortable asking questions and expressing when they’re struggling. She’s patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her students’ success—not just academically, but in helping them grow in confidence and motivation too.

Her lessons are always well-structured and thoughtful, and she adapts her approach to suit each student’s needs and learning style. I’ve seen how positively students respond to her energy and how much progress they make under her guidance.

I truly think she’d be a wonderful fit for anyone looking for high-quality support in A-Level Psychology.
