About Sharuna
l am a full time artist, illustrator & graphic designer. I also have 15 years of experience as a naturopath & energy healer, licensed quantum hypnosis & angelic reiki practitioner. I combine these tools into a holistic approach to connect with a wide variety of personalities to forge their own creativity. I am commited to building mentorship, in mutual respect, non judgement & ease. I will customise each session based on your individual needs every time and simply give you the space create.

Release the stresses of the day and spend an hour with me, surrounded by meditative music and ambience of creative relaxation. I will provide you with prompts along with an initial discussion as to your intentions, what you’re looking to release and how we may support the process through a short guided relaxation practice.
if you’re a beginner or you’ve never considered yourself to be an artist, it doesn’t matter - all that matters is what you create and that it reflects what you wish to express. Keep things simple, some water colors, color pencils, papers and charcoal - or if you want to be a lot more elaborate, go for it!
Therapies are conducted for 1 hour at a time, one-on-one & online via Zoom
• available for all levels
• ages 5 - 40
• art supplies are your own (you can expand your toolkit as we continue if you wish)
• as this session is conducted remotely, it is your responsibility to carve out your alone time & ensure to setup your space/isolate yourself where you would not be disturbed or distracted.
• it is also your responsibility to come in open minded and with mutual respect
