About Jackie

I have been teaching dance since I was about 17 years old. I have had an on-and-off career as a promotional dancer. I have been a go-go dancer for about 3 years. I've recently jumped back into teaching classes and do pop-up classes at Flaunt Studio in Mission Bay. I have taught beginner heels and beg/int jazz funk. I have also been a cheer coach for ages 7-10 years old. I am hoping to gain a more permanent spot teaching at a studio and want to dip my toes into private lessons in the meantime.

About the lesson

My priority as a teacher is always the student. I pride myself on my ability to cater to your needs, whether that means you need some gentle and compassionate care or tough love. I believe everyone can dance-- you just need the vocabulary and space to do so.
