Namaste, myself Yogi Yogesh teaching yoga since 2006. I taught in clubs in China, and here in NCR in corporate companies, .. And personal and group sessions..yoga is my passion and I love to teach...so one can improve their health and lifestyle .....

About the lesson

Yoga is a discipline by which one can learn about how to breathe, how to stay fit. With the help of yogic techniques (breathing, pranayama, relaxation, asanas, meditation) one can prevent disease and stay fit. My way of teaching depends on a person's requirements.

He is actually a really good teacher.. I've taken classes from him almost 6-7 months. His nature will make you feel like your friend. Trust me he's a great mentor . He even teaches from the very basics too. His way of teaching is absolutely amazing.
