About Jessica

I create bespoke private wellbeing experiences for those seeking a deeper level of physical, emotional and energetic balance.

With over 10 years of international teaching experience, my approach brings together yoga, Pilates, nervous system regulation, meditation, mindfulness and energy healing.

Rather than following a set class, I intuitively tailor each experience to what you need that day whether that is grounding, releasing tension, restoring your energy or reconnecting you with yourself.

My sessions are fully personalized and designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, deeply restored and more at home in your body.

About the lesson

Every private session begins with an energy consultation where I turn into how you are feeling physically, mentally and energetically. From there, I create a completely personalised experience using the modalities best suited to you.

Your session may include:

Jessica always has my back and knows what I need in the moment. She helps me grow and understand my body and soul connection. She has the unique gift of creating a safe space to explore and work through what ever life throws at me, on the mat and off.
