About Nathaly

I have been teaching classes mostly for beginners and some with injuries. I made sure that they feel safe throughout the practice and felt good in their body and mind after the class. J'ai donné des cours principalement aux débutants et certains avec des blessures. Je me suis assurée qu'ils se sentent en sécurité tout au long de la pratique et qu'ils se sentent bien dans leur corps et leur esprit après le cours.

About the lesson

For each pose, options will be given to ensure that everyone feels safe and moves with self-compassion. Each session will end with a short meditation practice. Feel your inner peace and return to your higher self as you practice yoga for the body and mind. Pour chaque pose, des options seront données pour s'assurer que chacun se sente en sécurité et bouge avec compassion pour le soi. Chaque cours se termine avec une courte séance de méditation. Ressentez votre paix intérieure et retrouvez la meilleure version de vous-même en pratiquant le yoga pour le corps et l'esprit.
