About Dr Kriti
Hello, I'm an AYUSH doctor, a naturopath. Did my studies on topics such as yoga, meditation, reiki, pranic healing, acupuncture, acupressure, hydrotherapy, and diet. Any condition of the person will be studied thoroughly and the asana will be implemented accordingly. I have a bachelor's degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences which is a 5-year program. I got to learn many things during this journey that what wonders Yoga and natural remedies can do to your health and for prevention of further ailments. I have 2 years experience in instructing yoga. Any condition including hypertension, diabetes, obesity, thyroid, insomnia, depression and many more will be dealt with.
