About Sparsh
I'm a professional and traditional Yoga teacher from India. I have already got 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training and I am pursuing a Bachelor degree in Yoga Therapy from world's first Yoga University. I have been practicing yoga since my childhood and love to take it further with my own practice, studies and pass it on my knowledge while teaching to help my students to get all the benefits of yoga.
