About Jennie
My name is Jennie and I'm a native English speaker and a qualified ESL teacher. I have experience teaching General English, IELTS and Pronunciation, and have helped students pass job interviews and school exams. I have experience teaching English to both adults and children in Japan, Sydney and Perth. My current focus is on teaching adult learners.

My lessons are tailored for adult learners only. A General English class will consist of one grammar point, a list of vocabulary and various speaking tasks, as well as music, photographs and video resources to make the lesson more dynamic. I will also take note of your desired areas of improvement and make sure we focus on them accordingly.
I charge $50 for weekdays and $55 for weekend classes.

Perfect! I had a really good experience with her as a teacher. She is very dedicated and really takes the time to understand what you need. From the beginning, she noticed where I was struggling and focused on helping me improve those areas, which made a big difference.
I feel like I improved a lot thanks to her. She doesn’t just teach English, she also gives useful tips and advice that you can actually use in real life.
What I liked the most is how supportive and close she is. She’s patient, encouraging, and you can tell she really cares about your progress. I always felt comfortable in the classes, which helped me a lot.

Perfect! I’ve started my english sessions with Jennie online since June 2025. I would say she is one of the best teacher I’ve ever had. She is very professional, patient, and knowledgable in her field.
I’ve started with three sessions per week and now we have two sessions per week as I’m very busy with my full-time job. Jennie always encourages me to practice. I’d love to continue learning with Jennie to honor my english.
She is very well organized and each session we work on the different topics, which makes the progress more effective.
