About Charmy
I was a student with the University of KwaZulu Natal for Bachelor of Business Administration, I was the "assistant" for the whole class. I would write notes during lecturers , and ask questions where I was not clear, and that is why I was helping everyone , even with their assessment. I use to organise study groups to help them by teaching them corporate strategy module and also other modules. One thing I enjoyed while tutoring, I knew that I was developing more tutoring skills. During the weekend in my area I help children with English classes for free, I decided to volunteer doing this because it will help them not only academically but also in their real world, it will give them access to communicate fluently.

I am very organised, I plan things. I am panctual, flexible and also reliable. I plan my lesson a week before, the duration of the lesson (start time and end time),lesson topic for example for english I can decide that we learning about a Noun, i will have my objectives ( what do I want to achieve by the end of the lesson), which examples can I use to help my learners to understand it better, materials that can be used for illustrations for examples flashcards, posters, games that can be played to build the confident and to ensure that everyone contribute to the lesson. Activities that can be done in pairs to monitor their understand because sometimes it easier when they communicate with peers as compared to one-on-one with the teacher. Ask question related to what we have learnt during the lesson then provide a short homework. I end my lesson , when I am done I go back to check my objective if it has been achieved then I move to the next lesson plan but before we start a new lesson when i meet them again, we will recap or revise on the previous lesson.
