Answer basic client inquires regarding service charges, account history, etc. while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and client privacy policies.
General Office Work - emailing, scheduling, paying bills, filing, payroll, etc.
Bookkeeping - maintaining and updating financial records. Representing the brand, greeting, and assisting customers, organizing sales, etc.
Preparing presentation boards for current/potential clients Placing orders & sample requests Analyze financial data to ensure it was recorded and reconciled. Engage in appropriate conversations with all clients to determine the needs of the client Maintaining and organizing the materials library Contacting suppliers and developing relationships for samples and products. Actively working on new business development and sales. Excel balancing form, function and budget considerations to deliver beautiful and custom design solutions. Putting together estimates / specifications for each project
