About Ainsley
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 11 years of experience teaching high school and college students, specializing in personalized instruction that fosters fluency, confidence, and academic achievement. I design lessons to match the student’s goals, level, and learning style, integrating grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking exercises with practical examples and interactive activities.
I aim to create a positive and motivating environment where students feel encouraged to participate actively, build confidence, and develop strong communication skills. My teaching philosophy centers on the C³P approach Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem solving to ensure students not only learn English but enjoy the journey.
