I hold Bachelor and Master degrees in piano, and my original music has been performed on three continents.

My professional journey is diverse – from performing as a soloist and collaborator, being a music director at churches to teaching in private schools and colleges. This variety has not only enriched my understanding of music but also enhanced my ability to connect with students of all backgrounds and ages.

About the lesson

I firmly believe in understanding each student's unique needs and goals. I blend traditional classical methods passed down from my own teachers from the Russian, German, and French schools of piano, as well as newer approaches like the Orff and Suzuki methods.

While my specialty is classical music, I have experience with jazz, pop, musical theater, and other genres.

I emphasize not just playing the instrument, but understanding the language of music, fostering a deeper appreciation and skill.
My experience with choirs, orchestras, chamber music, and bands of all types enables me to teach ensemble playing and collaborative musicianship.

I welcome students of all ages and levels, from beginners who are just discovering the joys of piano to advanced students looking to refine their skills or explore new genres.
