About Hannah
I am a current Melbourne University graduate student and CELTA qualified EFL/ESL tutor. I have eight years of experience working in language schools and also as a private tutor. In addition to teaching English as a second language, I also cater to Australian English Curriculum students.

From my own educational experience I understand how great an impact a nurturing influence can have. As such, classes are structured to provide some reassuring consistency alongside healthy doses of more relaxed and engaging activity. Ample room should be allowed for exploration and experimentation in building their skills.
Above all, students (and parents where appropriate) are encouraged to share in detail any short and long term goals they wish to see fulfilled. Lessons will be tailored to suit individual expectations accordingly. VCE/Undergraduate students will receive preparatory lessons that coincide closely with Australian curriculum assessment. ESL/EFL students in particular are gently encouraged to build confidence both in oral and written communication.
Ultimately, I see my role as preparing students well for a future in both academic and professional environments.
