About Geeta
Hello! I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher passionate about helping people build a stronger, healthier, and more balanced lifestyle through yoga.
My approach is personalized, mindful, and beginner-friendly. I believe you don’t need to be flexible or experienced to start yoga—my goal is to make every student feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their practice.
In my online classes, I combine mindful movement, yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices according to your individual goals and level. Whether you want to improve flexibility, develop strength and balance, manage everyday stress, or simply create a healthier routine, I’ll help you progress at your own pace.
I offer personalized online sessions for students from different backgrounds and experience levels. Every class is a welcoming space where you can focus on yourself, your body, and your well-being.
