About Marianne
I was born in London, have lived in different parts of the world, and am now based in London again. Over the past 10 years, yoga has been a constant in my life, supporting me through injuries, mental challenges, and helping me build strength and resilience in ways I never thought possible. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ecuador and my 300-hour training in India, experiences that deepened both my physical practice and my understanding of yoga beyond movement. What I love most about yoga is the way it cultivates a strong mind–body connection. I believe that body awareness and mental clarity go hand in hand, and that working with one naturally supports the other. This personal journey is what motivates me to share yoga with others. In my classes, I aim to create a supportive, grounded space where students can move, breathe, and explore their practice at their own pace.

My yoga classes are grounding, accessible, and adapted to the person in front of me. Classes usually blend strength, mobility, and flexibility, with a strong focus on breathwork to calm the nervous system and support mental wellbeing. My aim is to make you feel stronger, more connected, and at ease in your body. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are suitable for beginners and improvers.
