About Pooja
I am a yoga teacher now but I never stop learning there is always something new to learn as you dig the yoga in depth. Being a practitioner myself from past 5 years. Through my training and teaching experience, I’ve learned that true transformation happens when yoga is practiced with awareness, safety, and compassion. I design my sessions to support women through stress, hormonal changes, weight management, and overall physical and emotional balance. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and alignment-focused — so every student feels confident and cared for. My intention is simple: to help you feel stronger, lighter, and more connected to your body — both on and off the mat.
